Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase:

• Pricing: General admission is per person, inclusive of VAT 
• Age restrictions: Attendees must be 18+, unless otherwise stated 
• Purchase Process: Tickets must be purchased in advance at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/paintsupsing

2. Ticket Cancellation and Refunds:

• Refund Terms: Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled for any reason then a full refund will be provided within 7 working days.
• Cancellation Policy: If you’re no longer able to attend then please let us know by dropping us an email at hello@paintsupsing.com

3. Liability:

• Liability: A risk assessment will be carried out prior to each event, and Public Liability insurance is provided. 
• Force Majeure Clause: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters) that may affect the event, we will contact all attendees as soon as possible.

4. Conduct at the Event:

• Dress Code: Aprons will be provided; however, we will be using acrylic paint (fast drying) so recommend wearing old clothes. 
• Behaviour: Photography and video recording is permitted at the event, however, please be mindful of others and ask permission before sharing online. We reserve the right to remove anybody behaving inappropriately at the event, please drink responsibly.

5. Intellectual Property:

• Recording: Photography will be taken at the event, for the purpose of future marketing both online and offline. If you do not wish to be included in any photography then please let us know either on the day, or in advance.

5. Other Important Considerations:

• Amendments: We reserve the right to modify the T&Cs with reasonable notice.

We collect personal information such as your name and email address to provide our services. We use this data to send updates about the event that you’re attending. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent. You have the right to access, correct, and erase your data.
